The Journal of Scientific and Mathematical Research hosts a public forum section where submitted manuscripts will be posted (if the author so chooses), provided it meet minimum criteria related to formatting, scientific relevance, and cursory error checking when feasible. All submissions must be formatted as “camera ready” pdf files typeset in 11 to 12-point Euclid font. If the manuscript is subsequently peer-reviewed and found to be accurate, it will be included on the Journal’s publications page with volume and page number. The pre-publication public forum provides authors wishing to permanently post revolutionary research independent of peer-review with a viable option to disseminate their finest work to the public, with an option for peer review. Even if a work is rejected during peer review, authors may elect to maintain their manuscript on the public forum indefinitely to allow for future peer review by others. In the event that an author’s submission is accepted for publication and published, the fee for authors to publish will be $90. All published manuscripts are open access. If an author’s work is later found to be the work of someone else, the work will be removed, but if any original contribution remains in work after the duplicated work is removed or properly cited, the author(s) will be given a period of time to rewrite it with proper attribution. At the time of submission, authors select whether they want their manuscript posted on the public forum and visible to the general public.
